Located in NW Athens, Georgia
We teach piano, cello, violin, and viola with a focus on classical music and making friends through music.
Online and in-studio instruction.
Weekdays 1-7pm.
[ Lesson Options]
Private lessons are 1-on-1 with the student and teacher. Mrs. Macy teaches piano, violin and viola. Each lesson is tailored to your students’ needs and learning style. Lessons involve develop the ear, reading skills, music theory, and musicality.
We use method books for a comprehensive approach, but supplement with apps and games, composition activities and supplemental pieces that allow the student to follow their own path while still maintaining a structured education.
Lessons will be held weekly at a designated time.
We have three styles of group classes:
1) Group Piano… usually 3-4 beginners (30 min)
2) A “3-20” class… 3 older students rotate through stations (piano, violin or viola)
3) Instrument Explorers Class - a gentle introduction for littles! (30 min)

Our cello program is lead by Mr. Christian. He has both private lesson options, as well as a Music Pod which combines the benefits of private and group lessons at a lower rate.
He’s a patient and caring teacher, and is passionate about helping students build technique habits that will take them far. He teaches cello posture, technique, note-reading, ear training, ensemble skills, and our cello students participate in our string orchestra on Monday evenings at no additional cost.
